Five siblings birthed Sacred Goods at Aaromalé Café from an idea conceived during the long quiet pandemic days. Around a seemingly innocuous bend in the midst of hectic consumerism in upscale Hyderabad lies a green haven called Aaromalé Café. Within the faded red brick walls of this creative community space are numerous sustainable brands doling out eco–friendly lifestyles. Sacred Goods is a unique sustainable gifting store that Sruthi Nadimpalli, Yasasvi Jampana, Soumya Jampana, Shivani Saripalli and Vivekananda Varma Jampana founded on the principle of promoting eco-friendly and socially responsible gifting options. Here, you’ll find eco-friendly products and eco-conscious brands from the length and breadth of India, reed home decor from the northeast, upcycled baskets and furniture from Rajasthan, incense sticks, cones and essential oils from Phool.co, scented candles from the Selene Store, Hyderabad, recycled newspaper stationary and toys from Auroville, Puducherry.

The five fingers of Sacred Goods live vastly different lives outside of this passion project of theirs. Yasasvi leads an experiential travel company and has recently launched a travel school. Soumya runs a school for children with special needs. Shivani is a UX UI designer, Sruthi is an ex-IT employee from Infosys and Vivekananda’s core is landscaping and he also dabbles in real estate. Spread across three airy rooms on the first floor of Aaromalé Café, in the first room, you’re greeted by the smiling staff that promptly ushers you in and introduces the everyday essentials from organic brands, cold pressed oils, handmade soaps, cruelty-free bath and body products. Walk into the second room and you’re welcomed by home décor displayed on clean-cut wooden shelves, rattan furniture, organic clothing, and vegan leather accessories. The third room is dedicated entirely to luxury gifting options.

With a shared commitment to sustainability, you’ll find a thoughtfully crafted curation of products here that are aesthetically pleasing and also leave a positive impact on the environment. Sacred Goods supports local setups like Wedaa, a local social entrepreneurship venture that empowers abled young adults to make cold-pressed oils, powders and household products. To this effect, Sacred Goods hosts sustainable markets where they aim to bring together a diverse community of Hyderabad – based eco-conscious vendors like Malang, Studio Raw, artisans, and entrepreneurs, committed to making the world a greener and better place. The products at Sacred Goods intend to evoke conversations around conscious living and sustainability. Each purchase, tailored to suit your budget, directly benefits small independent businesses and local communities, who share a common vision for a better future.
